We are all saddened by the devastating earthquake that struck Chile in the wee hours of this mornng. Our prayers go up for them all, and we will certainly be involved in help--should the Chilean government accepts our president's offer.
This is but one more opportunity to show the world how generous Americans are.
And yes, this quake is rated as 900 times the intensity of Haiti's, but let's not let Haiti get lost in the shuffle. We CAN, we MUST do both!
